I mean, uh, you're talking about not just double digit growth, uh, with five rings financial, but significant, huge growth year after year. And we're coming to the point now where you would think, okay, this, this, this explosion has to stop soon. But I get the very, uh, real impression that there's, there's no slowing this, this train down five rings

Those are the ones, the crazy ones that start everything. And today we are over 300 agents out there. It's beautiful to see that. It's really amazing.

Specifically, you're talking about the, you know, kind of, uh, the, the, the, the subsection of Five Rings Financial. Yes. The Brazilian,

Which, the called, called the Brazilian Airs. Absolutely. Love that name. Uh, this is a group of, of Portuguese speaking people from Brazil, uh, coming to United States with the mission to teach other people who have come from Brazil to the United States. Right. About money.

Yes. We actually have a mission to make our community, the Brazilian community, the most prosper, the most rich in America. We wanna do that. And if you look at our numbers last year, we pay over 10 million in commissions. I think this is so beautiful. I'm really proud of this.

Uh, you, you, you must be very proud. Yes. And, and, and, and, uh, marina Rickson and Bianca, oh my gosh. Gustavo Marina, you guys, uh, it's, it's, it's, it's amazing what's happening. So that's what I want to kind of focus on today as far as, as our, as our conversation goes, is, is that opportunity that still exists at Five Rings Financial, and, you know, as a part of the, the Brazilian group, there is so much growth happening. You've helped so many people, but there's still so much more opportunity out

There, so many people to help. And, uh, it's, I think the first thing is to really talk about Michael. You know, this guy is an amazing leader. An amazing mentor. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, uh, what he did with Five Rings, the way he structured the company, giving us the best of the best in what this industry can offer. Mm-hmm. <affirmative> is, is the starting point. And plus the heart, because you can come on this industry to make money, probably you will make a lot of money cuz it is a well paid industry. Sure. But if you add to that, the purpose of what we do, and to realize that you can be life changer for, for real mm-hmm. <affirmative>, then it's sweet. It's really beautiful. The result. Yeah. And I think that's what Mike did.

One, you know, one, one thing I've heard Mike say many times, and I I actually see it personified in five rings in all of the folks that I know at Five Rings both within and, and outside of the, of the Brazilian group, is that he really, he focuses on telling you guys, like, if you're in this for the money, if you're in this because you're chasing commissions, you won't last long. That's right. You have to be in this because you have a true calling in your heart to help people. Right. And that is something that, that, that Five Rings does so well. And I, I personally, as, as someone kind of watching from the outside and being able to witness all of this, it's, it's something that really sets your group apart. And I, I truly do believe that that is why Five Rings is exploding the, the way that it

Is. Absolutely. And it's something that I think you understand, you understand that by people's testimonial, by you seeing what's going on. But when you have a family that you helped and that family went through a cancer or a stroke or a heart attack, and you were the one coming with good news in middle of all that mass mm-hmm. <affirmative>, it's, it's, it's priceless. It's amazing. Really is. And then you understand the meaning of what you do, and then it makes you wanna do more and, and, and go further. And, and that's what I think drive us. Yeah. At Five Rings for real.

Yeah. It's, it, it's incredible. So you guys are always recruiting, you're always looking for more people to help in your, in your mission. Um, what kind of people are you looking for? Um, what I, I, I, I guess really more of the question I'm asking is what kind of people tend to thrive at Five Rings Financial?
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Well, I think in industry as a whole, we do need younger people because this industry has an average age very high right now. Right. So we need new blood, we need youngers to come and make sure that this work is going to go ahead and, and continue to be Sure. Uh, so younger people is always good. Yes. However, I'm here as an example of somebody not as young that also can thrive. And, uh, particularly I like to talk about woman in this case. Um, I sit down with, uh, four or five clients a day, and I don't know how many times I went through families where the woman is over 40 mm-hmm. <affirmative> or 50. Right. Sometimes 60. And they think, well, it's too late for me to do anything. Is it is what it is.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
People that maybe have been in a career for a long time. Right. And they've just like, this is, this is, I, I guess this is what life is. That's it. I you're not supposed to be thrilled with your job. You've just gotta work, work the nine to five
Speaker 2 (06:41):
And survive, earn
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Your money and survive. Yes. And watch the clock. And when it's time to get off of work, you can go home and, and, and, and enjoy your life. Then
Speaker 2 (06:47):
We also have, especially in the Brazilian community, we have a lot of people that were transferred by their jobs from Brazil here. Uh, the husbands were transferred and then the wifes, they had the career. They had the, they left everything behind mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So when they come here, they, they're lost. They're like, okay, this is it. You know, now I'm in my forties or my fifties or my sixties, that's it. I don't have time mm-hmm. <affirmative> for anything else. And when I found five rings, I was already on my late forties. And, um, I believe, I believe because Mike Op told me it was possible, uh, he said one time for me, and I think that's one of the reasons I decided to join. He watched a presentation that I was doing, and he told Gustavo why she's not with us yet. And Gustavo was like, well, she said she's okay. She's happy what she's doing. And he's like, well, too bad because I see a Ari driver driving a Prius right now, <laugh>

Prius a Prius. So Gustavo told me that. And even though I know Mike, there was a little bit of compliment in there, but Sure, of course. For me, it was like a huge aha moment. It's like, am I doing everything that I could be doing with my life? Mm-hmm. Am I really going and searching the possibilities? The potential, the potential. Yeah. And then I said, okay, I'm going, I'm don't challenge me. Okay. Because I'm, if you challenge me, is

No. I'll tell you that. No. I was like, okay, let's, let's see what this is gonna do. You know, and I am so thrilled and so grateful that I decided to do that. And I gave my Yes. Uh, almost six years ago. And I decided to do this because it changed my life, my financial life, my family's life. It is, it has been changing my community life. And that's one of the reasons, uh, mission really is to make our community, uh, richer and prospers. Right. Because it's not only by protecting those families, uh, with the amazing benefit, uh, living benefits that we have. Yes. But also to giving opportunity to people that, uh, did not know that they could, uh Right. Build this

One, because we need it, because, uh, if I'm not only talking about resilience, but we have 260 million middle Americans out there Yeah. That need people to go and tell about things we have. Yeah. Latest limbs that said that, 60 million people responded and said that they believe they need more life insurance in

Their life. 60 million. And some people don't even know that they have living benefits or living benefits is something that exists. Right. Right.

Exactly.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
Exactly. So this is the first thing. And the second thing really is I don't think we recruit, I, I hate that word should tell you the truth. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, I think that we give people opportunities to thrive in life. Mm-hmm. <affirmative> and that career in financial services is a huge opportunity for people to thrive financially. And the best thing is, I always tell my clients, you know, the money that you get don't come from your money. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, you know. Right. It comes from the company, the insurance companies, because the companies, they don't have overhead costs. So I'm responsible for all my expenses, so, and I'm independent, so when I do something, the company goes and pays for me. So that's huge. Yeah. And it can make a huge difference in people's lives. Absolutely. Um, this industry is pretty much it. A is a male industry. Uh, we all know that. Sure. Nothing wrong with males. Okay. Guys are cool. <laugh>, however, women are cooler. Okay. Well, I, I would, sorry,

But would I would tend to agree. That's
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Fine. Okay, good. So I think that the opportunity right now for women also is great. Uh, the global economy is in the woman's hands right now. We talk about more than 28 trillion out there, and numbers is just growing. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Uh, so companies that don't market to woman today, they gonna be left behind. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So this is a great place, a great moment in life for woman to say, Hey, there's an opportunity. I can do this and I can thrive and I can help my community and I can become very wealthy.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
Absolutely. You know, it's a, you were talking about, you know, the industry still does skew very heavily white, um, you know, white male. Right. Uh, you do not see that reflected at all if you're at an Alliance Group event, especially a a five rings event. Right. Uh, the, the diversity in that room, um, not just of, you know, people from different groups, uh, different backgrounds, uh, but women, um, ibel, I, I, I don't know this, I don't actually have the numbers, but five rings is definitely heavily,
Speaker 2 (11:49):
More than 60% of our consultants are female today. It's, it's
Speaker 1 (11:53):
A fanta Yes. I I think that is a huge key to Fiveing success Yes. Is that it's not only inclusion of women, but the championing of, of, of women and the realization that that is where the opportunity is going to the future.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Right. And many times, the woman come first, uh, and, and that may be because woman really have an open mind in a bunch of things. So they see the opportunity, they come in and they start working, and then you look a few months later, the husband joins. Yeah. Comes the husband a they're the husband. So we do have a lot of couples in our organization, which is great. But, uh, most of the time, uh, she comes first.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
It's, it's very true. It's, it's a pattern that we've noticed as well. So, you know, something Bianca, a morum, you, you mentioned her earlier, uh, she actually said while she was here one time, is that, you know, it's, it's not you, you, you actually talked about you don't like to word to use, use the word recruiting. No. Uh, she don't was the same way. And the, the way she described it, it makes perfect sense. She was like, I have experienced personally so much has been enriched in my life as a result of joining five Rings. Not just financially, but, but, but personally, uh, spiritually, uh, everything. Um, that I would be self to keep this to myself, not offer, and to not reach down and help the next person find this in, in their lives as well.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
That's our culture at Five Rings. That's the way we really feel because most of us went through this. We saw what happened to our lives, and, um, talking about if we wanna talk about resilience in general, um, we see there are people that are coming to this country and looking for opportunities. And, um, this is it. This can be something amazing, uh, in our agents, should they, how many people were cleaning houses or in construction doing work that it's fine. It's is a dignified work mm-hmm. <affirmative>, but for how long they can really do something like that. And then here is an opportunity that they can do something better for their lives. This is an amazing feeling Yeah. To see that happen to our community

As an agent, uh, Jill, right. J Yep. Did Gilberto owned a, a, a house cleaning company, correct? Yes. He was cleaning houses mm-hmm. <affirmative> and doing an amazing job at, at building that. But he, he took that, that work ethic, and he brought it to Five Rings Financial. And he has been the agent for a, a, a couple of years. I I know he's been at the very top of, of the past several years, the most policy sold, not just, just in five rings Yes. In all of Alliance Group.
Speaker 2 (14:25):
He's very proud of that. Yes.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
It's incredible. Yes, it is. That's our, that's our Work Horse award. Those are the, you know, he's the guy that's helping more families than anybody. Right. Uh, in all of Alliance Group and, and Five Rings. So it is really incredible to watch people bring their skillset and their work ethic into this industry and just immediately see huge success.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
If you look at, and I, and I'm sure you guys know a lot of organizations, if you look at the leader of each organization, you're gonna understand what the culture is. Absolutely. So we have Mike Wil, and then in the case of the Brazilian airs, we have Gustavo Coto, who is a visionary, uh, with Marina. They both are amazing, unbelievable people. They are always looking ahead, they're always looking for ways to make it better and to make it bigger. And, um, one of the things that I love about Five Rings is that gave me that new career really, that I know that I can, I'm changing people's life, but also we do a lot of work on personal development, and that is so important. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So Claudia, today, it is not the same Claudia, uh, that was here six years ago. Right. You know, the amount of grow that I was able to experience because of all the training and all the resources, the Five Rings makes available for us.

Mm-hmm. <affirmative> is unreal. It's amazing. So, um, why not to give this to everybody that we know? Yeah. You know, I'm not saying this is not for everybody. One of the first thing I say, I ask, Hey, do you love people? Because if you don't Right, this is not for you. Okay. You gotta love people here to, to do this. But if you do, think about the possibilities that you have. Um, and another thing that I think also help us our grow is because we share everything. Yes. Yeah. You guys an amazing job at that. Um, people in Dallas are doing something. They find out something to do that is working well. So the first train training that we have as a group, the guy goes there and tells everybody That's incredible. Where do you sit that in the industry?

Industry. No, you don't. <laugh>. So, I'm proud of this. I'm proud to be belong to a company that has that kind of culture because really is what human beings should be about.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
Right. And, and it, it does come from leadership. And that's, that's another thing that Five Rings has that is it, it's, it's really incredible to watch because you guys have layers of leadership. Mike Wilke, you know, just let's just say you, let's say, and, and, and an agent who's with Claudia Farba, who, who you brought in, uh, he or she has Claudia, who has, you know, this unbelievable experience that you've had over the last six years. And then above that you've got, you've got Marina and you've, and you've got Gustavo over here. You've got, uh, you know, you have, you have Ricks and, uh, and, and you have Bianca, and then you've got Mike Wilke, and you, and you've got Lyle Donnell. You've got these layers and layers of, of leadership that are going on. And it, the, the, it just cascades down that, that, that that culture and, and, and that, that richness of leadership that Five Rings has, I think that is very much at the heart of why you guys are seeing the success as

Well. That is true. I was talking to, I dunno if was you or Travis just before we start this, and I was mentioned that, uh, Saturdays we have what we call boot camps. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So every Saturday we train from nine to 11, um, in Boca. And for our agents, they're our state, we zoom meeting so they can watch everything. And, and also we have an app that this goal should app after all and all that. Right. So, uh, this Saturday, this next Saturday, I'm gonna be the trainers. So I'm doing the training. So my, my, my team, my agents is gonna be there. And then after that I'm gonna take them to my house. We gonna have lunch together, and then we gonna train some more from one to five o'clock. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So I mentioned that to Raul and Ale. They are in Orlando, black Jackets in Orlando. And he's like, oh, that's awesome. I'm like, Hey, you wanna come and maybe do a 20 minute training for my team? He said, sure, but I have some of my team with me. Is that okay if I bring them? And I said, sure. So right now, we have about 35 people coming to my house on Saturday for this training. And it's exciting. You know, we're not on the same agents. We are in different agencies,
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Different teams, but same
Speaker 2 (18:48):
Team, different teams. But we are under the same team, which of which is Five Rings Financial, which is Brazilian airs. Yeah. We work together. We edify each other. We help each other to grow as leaders. And I guess that's why, uh, we have what we have today.
Speaker 1 (19:03):
It's incredible. I mean, it, it truly is. So, so there is an opportunity out there for a person who maybe just isn't, isn't as thrilled with their job. You know, maybe they find themselves thinking, you know, you know, looking for other opportunities or thinking, do I really have to do this for the rest of my life? I think I might have taken the wrong path. It, it doesn't feel right. But I'm so far down the road, I, I think I just have to stick this out. Someone who just maybe isn't perfectly satisfied in their job. If they were looking at, at Five Rings Financial, oh man, they're in, they're in financial services. That sounds like I need a degree or licensing or, or, you know, some skills that I don't have yet. You're, you, you, you don't need, uh, any prior knowledge coming into this experience. You, you just need to love people and to be willing to make a change in your life. And you guys will really take it from there, right?
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Yes, absolutely. We do have training, like best one in the industry. Amazing. I believe, um, on the job training, yes, we have on the job training, uh, we offer that training today in Portuguese, English and in Spanish. So it's very inclusive for everybody so we can serve more and more people. Uh, I did not have any financial industry experience before I start this. Right. Uh, so I am a living proof that I'm a woman. Um, I am, uh, over 50 now. Uh, and, um,

Came in with, with no financial

Training, no financial background. And I'm an immigrant. I have an accent. Have you guys noticed that? A little bit. <laugh>. It's a beautiful accent. I love it. I do have an accent. So if that all that was possible for somebody like me, imagine what is possible for you that is there. Listen to me right now and was born this country and can make all this difference. I mean, the opportunity is there. Yeah. We have the tools, we have the love, we have the knowledge. Uh, you just need to come and

Five rings. Financial, you know, we, we, we, we, we work with a lot of groups. I think something that Five Rings has done to make them our number one, our number one group that we work with and <laugh>. And they're actually putting space every year. They're just putting more space between them. And number two, it really is this explosion that I described earlier. I think that that is fueled, we've talked about several things that are fueling that explosion, but I think the number one thing is the system. You guys have it. If you come in and you, and you, and you give your, you open your mind, open your heart and give yourselves to us and do what we say, you will find success.

Is. And it's a, a Mike says that many times, there is a chocolate chip, uh, chips, uh, recipe, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, you love chocolate. Mm-hmm. <affirmative> awesome. But don't put more chips on it. Just resist the urge. Just the amount that is, is rot down on the recipe. Follow that. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, because here's the thing. The guy who put this together has over 40 years experience on this industry. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. And then he was, um, blessed enough to be surrounded by other leaders with experience that add more value mm-hmm. <affirmative> to a system that he created. And I think that's what the, the result is five rings

And it worked over and been field

Over and over, over and over and over and over. And I have watched within the Brazilian, within five rings, I have seen hundreds of agents come into this organization. Sometimes skeptical, sometimes like, all right, all right, I'm gonna give you guys a whirl, but I'm pretty sure I know what this is. And then they just watch their lives change and they, and, and they realize success beyond their wildest dreams. Um, and again, it's not just that financial success, it's, it's this, I mean, when you're at a five rings event, you feel it. These are people who are very, uh, fulfilled by their line of work that they've chosen

High energy to the highest level <laugh>. Right. That's for sure. I will say something, Sam, I think that this is an opportunity for anybody that has, she has fire on their heart, uh, for something they don't know what at this point. But if you have fire in your heart and you still believe that it's possible here, you're going to have a great, amazing opportunity that is all laid down for you. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, all you have to do really is to come in and do your part. Uh, it's not easy. I'm not gonna lie. It's not easy. That's why not everybody's here. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, but it's simple. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So there is a huge difference. You know, it's very simple. So if you follow the recipe on this, you going to, you can be very successful. And I hope, I really hope that I can be an inspiration for other woman, older woman that thinks that my time is done. Right. I tell you, honey, it's not, no. Okay. It's not. You can, you can do this. The,

The, the youth movement that we've kind of talked about, you know, within five rings, that, that's more to, to me as someone who, again, who has watched this, this group grow, the youth movement is more of a symptom of the success that was already happening. True. And then the success got so big that these, you know, you have your, your your, your, uh, explodes Beatrice and, and, and Felipe and this, this whole crop of like kids in their, in, in their twenties Right. That are coming in because this is cool. They're somehow making financial services school. Right. And life insurance with Living Benefits School. That's more of a symptom of the success that was already happening. But yeah. When, when, when, when you go through the leadership of Five Rings Financial, the most successful people over the course of that company, they are people, women, uh, and, and men, honestly, in their forties, fifties, sixties.

Right. Let's talk about Mary Fisher <laugh>. Absolutely. Mary is another huge example. She's also in her fifties and she's a huge success and mm-hmm. <affirmative>, what she did with her organization, uh, which facilitate for us Brazilian years because of her we're here. Right. Um, it's amazing. So yes, uh, I do, like I said at the beginning, I do believe that we need younger people more and more. This is an industry that needs that. But I wanted to say to the ones that are not as young, there is plenty, plenty, plenty of space for you here. And so just come, come and, uh, we do the rest

Uh, but you're going to need a license. You need to be licensed, but it's something simple, uh, to be achievable. Uh, so all you have to do is hopefully to contact me and then, uh, we go from there.

And you also, the way in the five ring system, you don't have to get licensed immediately. Nope. There's plenty work that you can be doing Exactly. To, to train and, and even to, uh, to, to, to, to make a little money while you're working on, on getting your license.
