This Privacy Notice describes how Alliance Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information collected through our corporate website, alliancegrouplife.com, from visitors to our platform  livingbenefits101.com (collectively, the "Sites"), through events, tradeshows, conferences, or conventions, or any of our products or services (collectively, “Services”) or through our marketing emails,  This Privacy Notice does not apply to our Agent Portal or any other sites, applications, or services that have separate privacy policies or that are governed by specific agreements. By using our Sites or Services, you confirm your acceptance of this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Notice, please do not use our Sites or Services. We market our Services to United States customers, and our Sites are intended solely for the United States markets. Specifically, we may use offshore Virtual Assistants (located in countries such as Colombia and the Philippines) who may be copied on emails generated from website inquiries, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and agency affiliation. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. By submitting personal information and using our Sites, you agree to this transfer, storage, or processing, which may include destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We do not market our Services in the EEA, and this transfer mechanism is not intended to satisfy international legal adequacy requirements under the GDPR.

We are committed to protecting your personal information when it is transferred internationally. We aim to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@alliancegrouplife.com.  If we or one of our service providers acting on our behalf has sent you a promotional email, you may use the “unsubscribe” link or send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Please note that opting out of marketing emails may affect our ability to provide you with access to certain offers, benefits, and features. Please also note that even if you opt out of receiving certain marketing emails, that opt-out may not apply to other transactional or legal communications that you may continue to receive from us, such as customer service messages, messages about your account or transactions with us, notices about our policies and terms, and emails responding to your communications with us or requests for information that we receive from you.
